Working Principle and Production Process
Working Principle:
The servo motor drives the upper and lower folding knives to move alternately. The overlap height between the two knives determines the fold height. After the filter media is pre-slitted to the required width, it enters the pleating unit for folding, followed by heat pressing and shaping through the heating plates. At the same time, the dot marking system automatically marks according to the preset pleat quantity.
Production Process:
Material Feeding:
Install the roll filter media onto the feeding rack.
Pre-slitting:
Adjust the guide rail, paper feeding roller gap, slitting blade spacing, and cutting pressure according to production requirements.
Embossing (Optional):
The printer unit creates folding lines on the filter media, where the embossing pitch equals the fold height.
Pleating:

Dot Counting:

Installation Notes
Install the Full-Auto High Speed Cnc Knife Paper Pleating Machine on a flat surface with more than 1m clearance on both sides and more than 1.5m clearance at the front and rear.
Keep 0.8~1.2m distance between the pre-slitting unit and pleating machine, aligned on the same center line.
