    Working Principle: 

    Ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the thermoplastic contact surfaces of the filter, producing high-frequency vibrations that generate localized heat at the welding area. After the ultrasonic vibration stops, pressure is maintained briefly to allow the joint to solidify, resulting in a durable molecular bond with welding strength close to the original material.

    Production Process:

    1. Loading: Place the filter into the feeding guide with the joint facing upward. If sealing tape is required, position it between the joint surfaces. Align the filter center with the guide block and insert the following pleat into the upper and lower guide rails.
    2. Feeding: Push the filter gently forward until the infrared positioning sensor detects its arrival.
    3. Positioning: The servo motor drives the ball screw while the positioning cylinder retracts, accurately moving the filter between the two welding heads.
    4. Ultrasonic Welding: The pneumatic cylinders press both ultrasonic horns simultaneously onto the filter edges to complete the welding process.
    5. Discharging: The next filter advances the previous finished filter, which exits through the discharge guide.
