Working Principle
The embossing device moves up and down at a fixed frequency, while the paper pulling rollers drive the glass fiber paper forward at a preset speed.
The distance that the glass fiber paper moves between two embossing actions determines the fold height.
By adjusting the matching relationship between the paper pulling speed and embossing frequency, the fold height can be continuously adjusted without replacing rollers.
Production Process
1. Loading
Release air from the air expansion shaft, insert the glass fiber paper roll, inflate the shaft to tighten the roll, place it on the material rack, and connect it with the magnetic powder brake.
2. Paper Threading
Pull the paper head through the tension roller and guide it into the cutting mechanism.
3. Cutting
Adjust the cutting knife spacing according to the product width and remove excess edges.
4. Embossing
The cut glass fiber paper enters the embossing mechanism, and the embossing knife presses folding marks onto the paper surface.
5. Paper Pulling
The paper pulling rollers drive the glass fiber paper forward. The matching speed between embossing frequency and paper feeding speed determines the fold height.
6. Material Collection
The embossed glass fiber paper enters the collecting device and is automatically folded and neatly stacked.
7. Output
Remove the finished folded material after collection.
