Automatic Rotary Type Hot Melt Adhesive Machine is an automated equipment designed for hot melt adhesive bonding of filter element joints and end connections.
It consists of three main parts: glue dispensing head system, conveying system, and hot melt adhesive machine.
Through infrared monitoring, the machine automatically completes filter element feeding, positioning, glue dispensing, pressing, and output. Two synchronous belts are used to complete both pressing/clamping and finished product conveying, featuring a compact structure, strong bonding strength, and smooth joint surface.

After the hot melt adhesive is melted at high temperature, it is accurately applied onto the filter element joint through the glue dispensing head.

1. Fully Automatic Rotary Continuous Production

Unpacking and Handling: Remove packaging and dust protection film. Use a forklift above 1 ton to move the machine into position.
