Working Principle and Production Process

Working Principle:

The nonwoven fabric is transported by conveyor rollers and passes underneath the glue dispensing head. When the sensor detects the fabric, it triggers automatic glue dispensing. After the fabric passes through, the glue stops automatically.
The glued nonwoven fabric is then manually removed and aligned onto both side edges of the filter element. The bonded strip helps maintain pleat spacing under high pressure conditions, reducing resistance and improving filtration performance.

Production Process:

1. Preparation
Turn on the hot melt adhesive machine and preheat to the set temperature (approximately 15~20 minutes) until the glue is fully melted.
2. Adjustment
Adjust the guide bar spacing on the front working table according to the nonwoven fabric width (slightly wider than the fabric width). Adjust the upper and lower conveyor roller gap to ensure smooth feeding without deviation.
3. Loading
Place the roll of nonwoven fabric on the feeding rack and pass the fabric through the conveyor rollers onto the flat belt.
4. Mode Selection
Select foot pedal mode (single cycle) or automatic mode (continuous operation) through the touch screen. Set parameters such as glue length and material length.
5. Operation
Press the foot pedal (or start automatic operation). The nonwoven fabric moves forward, and the sensor controls automatic glue dispensing and stopping.
6. Bonding
