    The machine first converts flat steel strip into a V-shaped profile through multiple forming rollers. The formed strip is then transported to the filter element joint position. The clamping blades press the V-shaped steel strip tightly onto the filter element while cutting the strip at the same time, creating a strong and durable sealed connection.

    1. Steel Strip Loading: Install the steel strip coil onto the material tray and guide the strip through the flattening rollers and blocks for leveling.

    Installation Requirements

    1. Install the Full-Auto Steel Clipping Machine on a flat, clean, and well-ventilated floor away from high temperature and dust.
    2. Maintain at least 1 meter clearance on both sides and rear, and 1.5 meters at the front.
    3. Use a forklift with a capacity of more than 1 ton for transportation.
    4. Secure the machine and adjust the level before operation.
    5. Connect to a dedicated 380V/50Hz power supply with proper grounding.
    6. Provide compressed air at 0.6MPa.

    A: The distance between the feeding rollers, guide plates, door panel, and clipping blades may not match the filter pleat height. Loosen the locking nut, rotate the adjustment handle to change the clearance, and lock it after adjustment.

    Q3: What should I check if the steel strip cannot be fed properly?

    A: Check whether the air supply is connected correctly (0.6MPa), whether the feeding cylinder and pressing cylinder are operating normally, and whether the corresponding solenoid valves are functioning properly.

    A: The rotation angle of the feeding door panel may be insufficient.
