    Working Principle

    The machine uses the air bubble detection method. After the filter is sealed and filled with compressed air, it is completely immersed in water.

    If the filter has good sealing performance, no bubbles will appear. If leakage exists, escaping air will generate continuous bubbles in the water, allowing defective filters to be identified immediately.

    Testing Procedure

    1. Preparation: Replace the sealing ring and connection head according to filter diameter and thread specifications. Fill the water tank with clean water and set testing time and pressure.
    2. Loading: Place the filter onto the connection head and press the foot switch.
    3. Thread Tightening: The motor rotates forward to tighten the filter onto the connection head.
    4. Sealing: The main cylinder retracts and presses the filter tightly against the sealing ring.
    5. Air Pressurization: Compressed air enters the filter at the preset pressure (0-0.8MPa).
    6. Water Immersion: The water lifting cylinder raises the water tank and completely immerses the filter.
    7. Leak Detection: Observe the water surface. Bubbles indicate leakage, while no bubbles indicate a qualified seal.
    8. Reset: After testing, the water tank lowers, the cylinder separates the filter, and the motor reverses to remove the filter.
    9. Continuous Operation: The next filter enters automatically for continuous testing.

    Installation Requirements

    1. Install the machine on a flat, clean, and well-ventilated floor away from high temperatures and dust.
    2. Keep at least 1 meter clearance on the sides and rear, and at least 1.5 meters in front.
    3. Use a forklift above 1 ton for transportation.
    4. Fix the machine securely and adjust the level.
    5. Connect to 380V/50Hz power supply with independent grounding.
    6. Required air pressure: 0.6MPa.
    7. Check cables and emergency stop buttons before operation.
    8. Use clean water in the tank. Do not use muddy water or water containing impurities.
