Working Principle and Production Process

Working Principle

The heating tubes heat up to the preset temperature, while the circulation fan continuously distributes hot air inside the drying chamber to maintain uniform temperature.
After the Full-Auto 16-Station Hdaf Turntable Curing Production Line is loaded, the pneumatic cylinder automatically clamps and fixes the product. The rotary table drives the filter elements through the heating zone. After reaching the preset drying time, the rotary table returns to the loading position, the cylinder releases automatically, and the finished dried filter element can be removed.

Production Process

1. Preheating
Set the required drying temperature, start the heating system, and wait until the chamber reaches the preset temperature.
2. Loading
Place the filter element to be dried at the center of the movable plate.
3. Clamping
The rotary table starts rotating. The travel switch is triggered through the guide rail and activates the mechanical valve. The clamping cylinder pushes the movable plate to securely fix the filter element.
4. Drying
The rotary table continues rotating, carrying the filter elements through the heating zone for drying under the preset temperature.
5. Unloading
The filter element returns to the loading position with the rotary table. The travel switch activates the mechanical valve again, the clamping cylinder retracts, and the dried filter element is removed.
6. Continuous Operation
Repeat the loading process for the next filter element to achieve continuous production.
