Basic Principle:
Three-roller rolling principle. After leveling, cutting, and fixed-length cutting, the material is rolled into a required cylindrical shape through the cooperation of the rolling rollers and rolling plate.
Production Process:
Loading: The coil material is installed onto the feeding shaft, fixed by the stopper plate, and the feeding shaft is mounted into the bearing seat.
Material Feeding: The material passes through the worktable baffle, first feeding roller, leveling rollers, and second feeding roller.
Cutting (Mesh Breaking): Adjust the cutting blade spacing according to product width. The wide material is cut into several strips while maintaining connection between them.
