Hdaf Gluing Machine is an automated machine designed for outer-circle wire winding and glue injection reinforcement of oil filter elements. It consists of two main parts: the filter element clamping device (active/passive tapered heads + cylinder) and the winding device (stepper motor, trapezoidal screw, glue box, glue dispensing gun).
During operation, the cylinder pushes the tapered head to clamp the filter element. The stepper motor drives the filter element to rotate, while the trapezoidal screw drives the glue box and winding head to move along the filter element axis. Glass fiber wire or cotton wire is evenly wound around the outer surface of the filter element while adhesive is simultaneously applied, significantly improving the pressure resistance and filtration performance of the filter element.

Working Principle and Production Process

Working Principle:

The stepper motor drives the filter element to rotate, while the trapezoidal screw drives the glue box and winding head to move horizontally. The wire is spirally wound around the outer surface of the filter element according to the preset pitch. At the same time, the glue box heats and melts the hot melt adhesive, which is applied between the wire and the filter element through the glue dispensing gun. After winding is completed, glue dispensing stops automatically. The operator cuts the wire and removes the finished product.

Production Process:

Loading:
Install one end of the filter element onto the active tapered head.
Clamping:
Move the manual valve handle. The cylinder pushes the passive tapered head to firmly clamp the filter element.
Parameter Setting:
Set the winding mode (spiral/circular), pitch, starting and ending turns, production quantity, glue dispensing delay time, and other parameters through the touchscreen.
Start Operation:
Press the foot pedal switch. The machine automatically starts wire winding and glue dispensing at the same time.
Completion:
After winding is completed, the machine stops. Cut the wire end and hold the filter element.
Unloading:
Operate the manual valve to retract the passive tapered head and remove the finished filter element.
