Working Principle and Production Process

Basic Principle:

The steel strip is continuously fed by the pulling shaft and flattened by leveling rollers before entering the mesh rolling main shaft. The main shaft rotates and drives the steel strip to spiral around the mold. When the preset length is reached, the cutter automatically cuts the material to complete one mesh cylinder.

Production Process:

Loading: The steel strip coil is fixed on the loading rack. Adjust the feeding inlet parallel position and cut the steel strip end into an approximately 30° tapered angle.
Mold Installation: Select the corresponding mold according to the required diameter, fix it with countersunk bolts, and reinforce it through the mold support rod.
Parameter Setting: Select manual mode on the touchscreen, press "automatic zero positioning" to return the cutter to the original position; adjust the machine angle and cutter parameters according to the specification table.
Manual Feeding: Use jog feeding to slowly feed the steel strip into the mold and manually guide the strip to complete one winding cycle.
Automatic Operation: Switch to automatic mode and adjust the speed control knob (current speed approximately 10 rpm). The steel strip continuously rolls into mesh form.
Cutting: After the steel strip joint rotates one circle, manually stop the machine and press "manual cutting" to remove excess material. Then, in automatic mode, the steel strip will be automatically cut when it reaches the length set by the ruler frame.
Output: Remove the finished mesh cylinder.
